Justin Bieber surrenders on assault charge in Toronto
2014 is not starting out to be a good year for Canadian pop star Justin Bieber. Just a week after he was charged for a separate incident in Florida of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Bieber seems to be having another brush with the law. A 19-year-old Bieber mobbed with news photographers, TV crews, and screaming teenage fans, handed himself into a police station in Toronto. (Click here to read more)
South Sudan coup plot charges baseless, says Machar
Riek Machar, the leader of a South Sudan rebel group announces that the charges of treason given to him and his counterparts are baseless. Machar is just one of seven politicians being charged with coup attempts since this past December. The justice minister of South Sudan has already come forward Tuesday Jan. 28 to announce that the treason charges will be brought against the four men already in captive, plus the three on the run. With barely three inches of snow, the city of Atlanta, GA was brought to a point of chaos. When the "snow storm" hit, chaos erupted as thousands of people were left stranded on roadways. Many people had to find shelter in churches and school buildings. (Click here to read more)
